If you are a patient, contact your dental practice directly; we cannot book appointments, answer questions about symptoms or treatment, or handle patient information.

Articles and general information

Articles we publish here, and articles we write for client sites, are researched and cite their sources. They describe treatments and visits in general terms as offered at the client practice, never a specific person's circumstances, and each carries a statement that it is general information and not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Only an examination by a licensed dental professional can determine what is appropriate for an individual. Figures are drawn from the cited sources at the time of writing and may change. Client practices review the content published on their sites and are responsible for its accuracy.

Booking requests and forms

A booking request or new-patient form on a site we build collects a request for an appointment, not a confirmed appointment. The practice confirms every appointment. The form collects the minimum the practice's front desk needs (contact details, the reason for the visit in the patient's own words, an insurance carrier and preferred times) and routes it to the practice's own systems under the practice's own privacy policy. Any fee, insurance or financing information shown on a client site is supplied by the practice, is general, and is not a quote or a guarantee of coverage.

AI agents

Where a client's plan includes AI receptionist, chat or messaging agents, those agents describe the practice, answer questions about hours, treatments offered, insurance accepted and financing options, and take booking requests. They are configured not to give dental or medical advice, not to discuss symptoms or treatment, and to hand anything of that kind to a person at the practice.

Reviews and examples

Client quotes on this site are illustrative examples of the outcomes clients report and are labeled as such until verified reviews are added after launch. They name no practice, carry no rating and contain no statistics. We never write reviews for practices and never publish patient results as our own.

Results

Every practice is different. Our guarantees are set out in the terms and conditions and are limited to what is stated there: a PageSpeed score for pages we build and host, and the start of local rankings within the stated window. We do not guarantee a number of new patients, calls or booking requests.
