An endodontic website that handles same-day requests and referrals

An endodontic website earns its keep when a patient in pain can request a same-day visit in under a minute, a referring dentist can send a case without a phone call, and the root canal page removes the fear that stops people from booking.

What usually goes wrong for endodontic practices

Four problems we see on most endodontics websites we replace.

  • A patient with a toothache lands on a slow page and calls the next practice on the list.
  • The same-day request is a phone number, so after-hours requests are lost.
  • Referring dentists send cases by fax because the site gives them nothing better.
  • The root canal page reads like a procedure manual and does nothing to calm the reader.

The pages your site will carry

Each one its own page, written in your voice and reviewed by you, with the booking request at the end.

  4. 4Retreatment and apical surgery

Same-day request and referral form

The same-day request asks the patient which tooth or area hurts in their own words, how long it has hurt, whether a dentist has referred them, their insurance carrier and whether they can come today. It pushes into your practice management system or CRM tagged as urgent and notifies the front desk immediately. Referring offices use a separate referral form with record upload.

It is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your front desk confirms every one.

Three ways to run it

Every plan carries the pages and the booking request above. The build fee of $797 is invoiced only after launch.

Questions from endodontic practices

How fast does a same-day request reach the front desk?

Immediately. The request is pushed to your practice management system or CRM with an urgent tag and a notification, and the patient gets a confirmation that says the front desk will call back to confirm a time.

Can the AI Engine take same-day requests after hours?

On the Full Practice and Multi-Location plans, yes. The chat and SMS agent collects the same fields as the form, tells the patient when the office opens and hands anything clinical to your team. It does not advise on pain or symptoms.

Does the root canal page reassure patients without making clinical claims?

It explains what the visit involves at your practice, what modern treatment is typically like and what to expect afterwards, in plain terms you approve, with a clear line that the page is general information.

Can referring dentists upload records?

Yes, through the referral form, which accepts files and routes them to where you tell us. If you already use a referral portal, the page links to it instead.
